- No Endorsement of Listings or SellersSeattle Leopards FC does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any listing, seller, buyer, or item posted on this marketplace. The presence of a listing does not indicate approval or recommendation by the club.
- No Financial InvolvementSeattle Leopards FC does not process payments, hold funds, act as escrow, or facilitate financial transactions of any kind between buyers and sellers. All payments are made directly between private parties.
- No Responsibility for TransactionsSeattle Leopards FC is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of any listing description
- The quality or condition of any item
- Fraudulent listings or sellers
- Payment disputes or failures
- Loss of money or property
- Personal safety incidents arising from marketplace meetings
- Any outcome of any transaction
- Member ResponsibilityMembers use the marketplace at their own risk. All buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying item condition before purchase, meeting in safe, public locations, conducting appropriate due diligence, and resolving any disputes directly between themselves.
- ReportingSuspicious or fraudulent listings may be reported to info@seattleleopards.fc. While Seattle Leopards FC will make reasonable efforts to remove reported content, it assumes no liability for harm caused before removal.
- Listing Expiration and FeesListing extension fees are non-refundable. Seattle Leopards FC reserves the right to change extension pricing and availability at any time.
- Prohibited ItemsThe following may not be listed: non-soccer related items, stolen or counterfeit goods, illegal items of any kind, items belonging to minors without parent consent, items with fraudulent descriptions.
- Club RightsSeattle Leopards FC reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend any member, or discontinue the marketplace at any time without notice.
